Alongside exploring thoughts and feelings, I can gently incorporate coaching techniques where helpful to help support you not only in understanding yourself, but also in making meaningful, manageable changes in your life.
Areas I can support with include:
Burnout and overwhelm
Depression, anxiety, and overthinking
People-pleasing and boundary setting
Supporting carers and those in caring roles
Life transitions and identity
Family dynamics and relational issues
I am suicide-informed and can hold space for difficult or distressing thoughts with care and sensitivity. My practice is inclusive and affirming, welcoming clients from all backgrounds, including LGBTQ+ and neurodiverse individuals.

Summary of Experience

I’m a qualified Integrative counsellor & Coach, currently working with Camden Listening & Counselling Centre and have previous experience with Samaritans and Headstrong Counselling.
