I work on the basis that we all make subconscious decisions in relation to our earliest experiences — and that without bringing these patterns into focus, they can lead to anxiety, depression, poor self-esteem, problems in relationships, and a feeling that we don’t really know ourselves. I specialise in remote sessions so that your therapeutic needs can be met wherever you are, and I offer a free 15-minute Zoom call to explore whether we are the right fit.
