About me

I work relationally which means I am active and collaborative as part of the therapy process. I am empathic and experienced and I can also challenge you!
I like to think about attachment and relationships- to self, to our environment, and to others. I believe this is at the core of our experience and the challenges we face.
I have completed several substantial trainings and I am an accredited member of BACP and a HCPC registered arts therapist.
