About me
Therapy with me is not about fixing or performing. It is a space to slow things down, notice what is happening beneath the surface, and make sense of patterns that may no longer serve you.
I work relationally and collaboratively. We pay attention not only to what you talk about, but also to what happens emotionally, in your body, and between us. This often brings clarity where thinking alone has reached its limit.
My style is warm, thoughtful, and grounded. I bring both clinical depth and real world understanding, shaped by years of working in complex systems, organisations, and relationships. I value curiosity, honesty, and psychological safety, and I believe meaningful change happens when insight is met with compassion.

Summary of Experience
I am a UKCP registered Psychotherapist and Certified Transactional Analyst with over eight years of clinical experience and a background in organisational psychology. I work relationally using a Transactional Analysis framework, informed by trauma aware, attachment based, somatic, and CBT influenced approaches. My work focuses on patterns, emotional regulation, identity, and relationship difficulties, including anxiety, low mood, neurodivergence, and complex trauma. I offer an LGBTQ+ affirmative, culturally responsive space and work at a pace that respects the nervous system.
