About me

I am an empathic, gentle and heart centred practitioner. I bring these qualities to my work as a psychotherapist and yoga teacher. As a trauma informed practitioner, I make great efforts to facilitate a place of safety, without judgement, where you can share your story and gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences. I strive towards a culturally responsive and racially conscious stance in my approach and consider this to involve my own ongoing personal work.

My approach is Integrative, meaning that I draw upon several different modalities in my work with clients, depending on their needs at any given time. I draw upon psychodynamic, humanistic, existential and Jungian approaches to meet each client where they are, whilst maintaining a holistic and transpersonal perspective.

I believe that everyone has within themselves the capacity to heal their wounds and become free from limiting beliefs. I understand that part of my role as a therapist is to help my clients access their own inner wisdom and guidance.

This exploration is facilitated via talk therapy, alongside creative modalities such as breathwork, bodywork, guided visualisation, guided meditation, dream exploration, genograms, archetypes, imagery and art.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained as an Integrative Transpersonal Psychotherapist at the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education (CCPE) in London. I hold a postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

Summary of Experience

I am a gentle and thoughtful practitioner, working as both a psychotherapist and yoga teacher, with a trauma-informed approach that prioritises safety, respect and a non-judgemental space. My work is integrative, drawing on psychodynamic, humanistic, existential and Jungian perspectives to meet you where you are, while keeping a broader, mind–body awareness in view. I aim to support you in making sense of your experiences and connecting with your own capacity for change. Alongside talking therapy, I may bring in creative and body-based approaches such as breathwork, guided visualisation, dream exploration and imagery, where helpful, to deepen the work and support a more complete understanding of yourself.
