How I can help
Feeling overwhelmed, anxious or stuck? Therapy can help you find clarity, confidence and a way forward. Perhaps you are struggling with panic attacks, low mood, self-doubt, relationships, cultural expectations or feeling caught between who you are and who others expect you to be. You may understand what is troubling you but feel unsure how to move forward. I offer a warm, collaborative space where teenagers and adults can speak openly without judgement. Together, we can explore what is happening beneath the surface, recognise patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical ways to manage difficult thoughts, feelings and situations. My approach is tailored to you. I integrate person-centred counselling with evidence-based CBT techniques, combining emotional exploration with practical strategies where helpful. I can support you with anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, stress, self-esteem, identity and belonging, relationship difficulties and significant life transitions. As a culturally responsive therapist, I understand that family, culture, faith and community can profoundly shape how we experience ourselves and our difficulties. These parts of your identity will always be welcomed and approached with sensitivity in our work.

About me
I am a registered counsellor and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I hold an MSc in Counselling and am currently being trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy allowing me to work with diverse individuals of all age groups.
Alongside my private practice, I work therapeutically with young people in secondary-school settings, supporting difficulties including anxiety, panic attacks, low mood, social anxiety, school-related stress and neurodevelopmental needs. My wider experience includes community, educational and mental-health settings, as well as working with clients from varied cultural backgrounds.
Empathy, trust and a genuine therapeutic relationship are the foundation to my work. I then draw upon CBT, psychodynamic and other integrative approaches according to your needs and preferences. My practice is culturally sensitive, neurodiversity-affirming and grounded in the understanding that therapy should fit the person.
I currently offer confidential online therapy to teenagers and adults at £40 for a 60-minute session.
