I have been working as a psychotherapist and hypnotherapist in Central London for over 17 years. My approach is integrative and solution-focused — I draw on psychotherapy, clinical hypnotherapy, CBT, mindfulness, and Rapid Transformational Therapy to support my clients in letting go of what no longer serves them and stepping into a fuller life. I qualified with a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy from the Centre for Counselling and Psychotherapy Education, and I am registered with the BACP and UKCP. I hold certification as a Clinical Hypnotherapist (C.CHYP) and as a Rapid Transformational Therapist trained in the Marisa Peer Method. I work collaboratively and without judgement, valuing each client’s uniqueness and their capacity to change.
