How I can help

As an integrative counsellor with a CBT-informed approach, I offer a safe, warm and welcoming space where you can be yourself and speak openly at your own pace. I understand that life can sometimes feel overwhelming or unfair, and I work in a calm, grounded way to help you make sense of what’s happening both internally and around you. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to tailor the work to your individual needs, and we can think together about what might suit you best from our first session. I hold a non-judgemental stance and believe in meeting you as an equal, with respect and care throughout the process.

It is important to me that I create a safe, warm and welcoming environment for you to be yourself. I know that sometimes we can feel like the world is against us. I hope that my relaxed and comforting manner will allow you to feel comfortable in opening up and talking about whatever it is that you want to at a pace that is unique to you. I hope that this will help you to make sense of what’s happening inside and around you so that you can feel better about it.
I work as a counsellor using an Integrative approach. This draws on techniques from different types of therapy, including CBT, to tailor a way of working that is unique to you. We can discuss specific techniques in our first session to work out together what might be best for you.
