BACP-registered humanistic integrative counsellor working in London (SE1) and online. She specialises in anxiety, stress, and bereavement, and has been a volunteer counsellor with Cruse Bereavement Care since 2017. In addition to private practice, she has taught Counselling Skills at Aberystwyth University since 2019 and delivers wellbeing workshops and stress management courses to organisations. She also has a background as a yoga instructor, which informs a holistic dimension to her work, including the integration of breathing techniques and mindfulness where appropriate.

About me

My name is Ana. Are you trying to cope with challenges in life? I help clients dealing with anxiety and reduce their levels of stress, which can have a positive impact on both emotional wellbeing and physical health. I encourage clients to adopt strategies and reframe negative thoughts, building a more positive perception of themselves and of life. I am also specialised in bereavement counselling and have volunteered with Cruse since 2017. I offer non-judgemental deep listening, while you find your own resources to cope with this moment in life. Through therapy, I can be the facilitator in your process of self-discovery. As a humanistic integrative counsellor, I apply different approaches according to your individual needs. My background as a yoga instructor also allows me to offer breathing techniques and mindfulness where this might be helpful.
