How I can help
Perhaps something needs to change, even if you can’t quite name what. I’m a relational, integrative psychotherapist in Shoreditch and online. I work with queer people and men, people who’ve lost their sense of direction, and people stuck in difficult relationship patterns. BACP registered. Free 15-minute consultation.

About me
Choosing a therapist comes down to one question: could I talk to this person? Let me try to answer that.
I trained at the Minster Centre, one of the UK’s leading integrative psychotherapy programmes. Before that, I spent years as an environmental activist and campaigner. I know what it’s like to feel compelled to keep going — to carry a restlessness that doesn’t switch off.
That background shapes who I tend to work with. Many of my clients are capable, often high-achieving people who’ve tried to think their way through whatever is wrong. They come to therapy when thinking hasn’t been enough. Others are sitting with something darker: a flatness, a sense that the future is a doomed project and so why bother. I’ve researched how therapists work with exactly that.
I’m queer, and a man. I work with people across the full range of identity and experience, and I bring both of those things to the work.
