How I can help
Hello Everyone. I begin our sessions together listening to your story. What brings you to seek counselling in this moment? Through my Pluralistic approach blending, Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, (CBT) and Psychodynamic Practice, together we explore anxieties, losses, low self-esteem, muddled thinking and life-overwhelm in a collaborative and non-judgmental safe space. My curiosity and creative open approach in my practise allows the client to lead in their own life story whilst I support through a shared collaborative relationship and seeking to provide an emotionally-creative and open environment for all clients.

About me
I’m registered as an Accredited Member with the NCPS, {national Counselling and Psychotherapy Society}.
I practise Pluralistically, which means that I am trained to work with CBT, Person-Centred and Psychodynamic therapy’s.
I have taken a creative route to working as a Psychotherapist. First graduating from the Royal Academy of dramatic Art, (RADA), I worked extensively as an actor and writer, developing skills to write and direct role-play workshops in a variety of sectors. During this creative time my curiosity for the power of self-exploration, to repair emotional pain took me to MIND in London as a volunteer support worker for several years whilst I completed my first steps to becoming a psychotherapist, graduating from Birkbeck College, University of London, with a higher Certificate in Counselling Skills. Whilst I continued to explore the role and application of creative thinking in Mental health Therapy I began work In the NHS, working in the mental health secure units in London as a Social Therapist, whilst completing my studies in Professional Psychotherapeutic Practise. Graduating to a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practise from Chrysalis Counselling and full member Accreditation with the NCPS.
