About me

I am an MBACP registered Integrative Counsellor and EMDR therapist with 16 years of experience working in the addiction recovery sector. My background gives me a deep understanding of the complex relationship between substance use, trauma, and mental health.
My integrative approach combines person-centred values with EMDR, one of the most evidence-based treatments for trauma and PTSD. I am particularly skilled in supporting clients in recovery or managing dependency, as well as the underlying trauma that frequently underpins addictive behaviour.
