How I can help
I am a UKCP Registered Psychotherapist with over a decade of experience providing psychotherapy for individuals and couples in Central London and online across the UK. I work with a broad range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, stress, burnout, unresolved grief, low self-esteem, self-criticism, emotional overwhelm, somatic symptoms linked to emotional problems and lack of fulfilment. My approach is relational, psychodynamic, and integrative, offering a confidential and supportive space to explore emotional challenges, recurring patterns, and difficulties in relationships and everyday life. Together, we can work towards greater self-understanding, emotional resilience, healthier relationships, and meaningful, lasting change.

About me
My approach to psychotherapy focuses on helping clients understand and work through the underlying causes of emotional and psychological difficulties, rather than only managing symptoms.
I hold an MSc in Clinical Psychology and have experience of working in adult mental health settings. I am trained in Attachment-Based ISTDP (Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy), an evidence-based psychotherapy approach integrating attachment theory, neuroscience, and psychodynamic psychotherapy to support lasting emotional change.
My integrative psychotherapy training also includes Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Psychosynthesis, Attachment-Based Therapy, Mindfulness, and CBT. This allows me to tailor therapy to the individual needs of clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, stress, grief, low self-esteem, and emotional distress.
In addition to providing psychotherapy for individuals and couples in Central London and online across the UK, I am also a UKCP Registered Clinical Supervisor offering supervision for psychotherapists, counsellors, trainees, and health professionals.
Alongside my private psychotherapy practice, I have worked as a faculty member at psychotherapy and counselling training centres in London, delivering professional training in counselling and psychotherapy.
