About me

I’m a UK-based American therapist specializing in trauma and working with clients around the world, who travel often and have busy schedules. I aim to support your unique needs with a unique approach. I facilitate this through compassionate curiosity and open exploration of emotions. I believe you know yourself best; I’m just here to support.

I aim to be a kind, compassionate and curious person to work with, so that dealing with difficult things doesn’t seem so hard.

I’m also a yoga teacher, EMDR practitioner and a TCTSY Trauma Sensitive Yoga facilitator and a breathwork facilitator. I believe our minds and bodies are inherently connected, so a session with me may include trying to tune in to what messages your body is trying to send, or an exploration of how your body is holding certain emotions.

I’m originally from Chicago but lived in Taiwan and Lebanon before moving to the UK. I use my experience living around the world to approach our work in a culturally sensitive way and am passionate about decolonizing the mental health industry overall.
