About me
I am a qualified and experienced BACP registered Counsellor and Psychotherapist, offering a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly and be heard.
I work with adults on a one to one basis taking a Psychodynamic approach which recognises that present difficulties may stem from earlier life experiences. In addition to this approach I also work within an Integrative model which includes aspects of Systemic, Humanistic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and I offer long and short-term therapy.
Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but you don’t have to work through things alone. Together, we can explore what you’re experiencing at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
