How I can help
I offer a warm, holistic approach to therapy for sensitive, deep-feeling people who want to understand themselves more compassionately and heal at the root. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), embodiment, and compassionate enquiry, I help clients gently explore the underlying patterns, wounds, and protective parts that may be keeping them stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or self-critical. I’m especially drawn to working with people who have spent much of their lives feeling misunderstood, emotionally alone, or responsible for holding everything together.

About me
Many of the people I work with are highly sensitive, emotionally intuitive, and deeply self-aware — yet inwardly they may feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected from themselves, caught in painful relationship patterns, or exhausted from carrying so much internally.
I offer a compassionate, depth-oriented space where all parts of you are welcome.
My work is grounded primarily in Internal Family Systems (IFS), a gentle yet powerful approach that helps us understand the different parts of ourselves with curiosity rather than judgement. Together, we explore the deeper roots beneath emotional struggles — including the protective patterns, unmet needs, wounds, and inner conflicts that may be shaping your current experience.
I believe healing happens not through forcing or fixing ourselves, but through developing a safer, more compassionate relationship with our inner world.
Alongside talk therapy, I often include body awareness, somatic nervous system regulation, guided visualisation, and experiential processes to support deeper insight and transformation. These approaches can help access emotions and unconscious patterns that words alone sometimes cannot reach.
Clients often tell me they feel deeply seen, understood, and gently guided in our work together. I aim to meet you exactly where you are, while also supporting meaningful change at a pace that feels safe and grounded.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, self-criticism, emotional intensity, relationship difficulties, burnout, grief, identity shifts, or a longing to feel more connected to yourself, therapy can become a space to soften, understand yourself more deeply, and begin relating to yourself with greater clarity, trust, and compassion.
