I am a UKCP Registered Existential Psychotherapist. I can be your partner in exploring your experience of what it means to be you in the world in which you find yourself. I can help you to find meanings and understand the choices that you have and how you make them. I can explore with you how to embrace possibility and uncertainty, and how to be with the things that will not change, or the changes that are already happening beyond you. Together we can unfold what challenges you in relationships at home and at work and help you to develop insight, awareness and openness.

I trained at Regents University London, gaining an MA in Psychotherapy & Counselling awarded with Distinction and a Postgraduate Certificate of Higher Education in Existential Psychotherapy. I am a full clinical member of the Society for Existential Analysis, a Registered member of the UKCP, a member of the BACP.
I have a background in the Arts, and have worked in many sectors including consultancy, government, membership organisations and universities. I have particular interests in workplace issues, creative difficulties, identity questions, inter-generational trauma and the experience of relocation.
I work long term with adult clients in person in Islington and Brighton and online anywhere.
