About me

I’m a BACP-registered humanistic therapist based in Langport, Somerset. I offer sessions for young people aged 12+ and adults – in-person, on the telephone and online.

As a neurodivergent therapist, I understand what it’s like to navigate life with a brain that works differently. I know the challenges, the worries, and the moments of self‑doubt – but I also know the strengths, creativity, and tenacity that often come with difference.

My practice is neuro-affirming, LGBTQIA+ welcoming and disability inclusive, supporting and celebrating your strengths and identity. I do not view neurodivergence as a disorder or a condition, but as a naturally occurring neurotype. Forest & Bee is a safe place to be yourself, where stimming and unmasking are welcomed.

My approach enables you to take the lead in how you would like things to change, how you would like to be perceived and begin to rewrite your story, which aligns with your authentic identity and true sense of self.
