How I can help
I am an experienced couple psychotherapist and integrative psychotherapist working with adults. My approach is relational and focused on your aims for therapy. I blend several theoretical models (including psychodynamic, attachment, systemic, emotion focus, and body psychotherapy) aiming to look at the person a whole. The most important aspect of therapy is the relationship we will develop: this will allow you to explore your experience and relational patterns. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space. I hope to encourage openness between us and welcome your feedback. I offer an initial 10 minutes’ conversation to understand what brings you to therapy. This gives you the opportunity to decide if you would like to meet me.
