About me
We can all face difficulties in our lives and sometimes it’s helpful to talk things through in a safe, warm and accepting environment. Through therapy we can move towards self-discovery and healing, and explore the issues that are preventing us from living a more free and fulfilling life.
My previous career was in the arts and charity sectors. Over the years my meditation practice and engagement with Buddhist teachings has helped me to develop my awareness, find more joy and to connect with the deeper meaning of life.
