About me
Hi, I’m looking forward to hearing from you! I want to hear your concerns and support you to work towards the things that matter most in your life. I feel that therapy should happen in a friendly, nurturing space in which you feel safe and comfortable to bring anything you want to talk about and work on. I usually suggest exercises and other resources to complete in between sessions in order to keep the work progressing.
As an Accredited EMDR Therapist as well as a clinical psychologist, I am able to use the therapy approach most appropriate for your concerns.
Our lives can get pushed out of shape by events that are beyond our control. Sometimes this means we lose sight of what is important to us and end up doing things more because we think we “should” than because we actually want to do them. I want to support you to live a full life, doing things that you feel are meaningful.
