How I can help
Significant loss is a form of trauma. It may cause us to feel stuck, lost in sorrow, removed from those around us and the life we thought we had, uncertain, confused, searching for answers. Whatever the grief experiences that have brought you here today, I offer you a safe, confidential place for you to give your sorrow words.

About me
I am a BACP Accredited Integrative Counsellor.
I have worked successfully with clients since 2003, in the NHS, Nuffield Health and in private practice to support them to find their best way forward from Grief to Wellbeing.
I offer 1-1 sessions via video, text, and phone to support you to find your best way forward to wellbeing, whatever the grief challenges that you may be facing.
You can work with me via WhatsApp, FaceTime, Teams or phone, and so we can work flexibly and effectively together in the comfort and convenience of your own home or preferred location for effective therapeutic progress from Grief to Wellbeing.
Video, text, or phone therapy, whether 1-1 or group format, offers you better accessibility, comfort, privacy, convenience, flexibility and affordability compared with the unavoidable costs and limitations of face-face therapy.
This may mean it is the best option for you.
The first step in our work together from Grief to Wellbeing could be a 30 minutes, low cost initial 1-1 session.
I also offer an online grief group, based upon the one I created and facilitated for the NHS, a pioneering source of support for those contending with significant/complex grief and which ran successfully within the S&BP NHS Trust for a number of years.
The Grief Group is an ongoing therapeutic space that welcomes anyone experiencing significant grief and related symptoms.
It offers the facilitated support of others also experiencing significant grief.
The group provides a safe, confidential therapeutic space in which to talk, at your pace and in your way, about your grief experiences within a mutually supportive environment.
A group can provide unique and lasting therapeutic value for those who believe they may benefit from the group format.
The group is limited to a maximum of seven attendees, to ensure optimal therapeutic value for each participant.
