How I can help
As an intagrative therapist, I use a blend of psychological approaches to offer therapy that is flexible, thoughtful and tailored to you as an individual. Rather than following one particular model, I draw on different therapeutic perspectives to help us understand both what you are experiencing now and the deeper patterns that may be influencing how you think, feel and relate to others.
