How I can help
I support adults experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, relationship difficulties, stress, and major life transitions. You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, struggling with low self-esteem or a loss of purpose, or finding it difficult to navigate change, grief, or ongoing health challenges. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of your experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of yourself. Together, we can explore unhelpful patterns, strengthen your emotional resilience, reconnect with the wisdom of your body, and cultivate greater balance, self-compassion, and wellbeing. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and tailored to your individual needs, supporting lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

About me
I am an Integrative, Embodied Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through healing, personal growth, and life transitions. My work is rooted in the understanding that our emotional experiences are deeply connected to our bodies, and that meaningful change happens when we engage both mind and body in the therapeutic process.
I draw on a range of approaches, including body-oriented psychotherapy, somatic approaches, psychodynamic psychotherapy, mindfulness, trauma-informed practice, and Internal Family Systems. I offer a warm, collaborative, and compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace, deepen self-awareness, and reconnect with their inner strengths and resilience.
Having been born and raised in a bilingual family, I bring a culturally sensitive and inclusive perspective to my work. My lifelong interest in movement, embodiment, contemplative practice, and creative expression continues to inform how I support clients in developing a more authentic and connected relationship with themselves.
I see therapy as a transformative journey that invites curiosity, courage, and self-compassion. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can process challenges, heal from past experiences, and move toward greater balance, vitality, and wellbeing.
