About me

You may be feeling anxious, stuck, or under pressure, with a sense that something in your life or relationships isn’t quite working. Sometimes this is clear. At other times it shows up more quietly, through overthinking, internal pressure, or a sense of disconnection.
Therapy offers a space to slow things down and understand what’s happening beneath the surface. My aim is to offer a space where you feel understood, not judged, and where you don’t have to keep up appearances.
I offer a calm, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to perform or hold everything together. We work at a pace that feels manageable, allowing you to explore what is happening without becoming overwhelmed.
My approach is relational and collaborative. Rather than focusing only on “fixing” a problem, we take time to understand your experience more fully, including the patterns that may be keeping things stuck.
You don’t have to be in crisis for therapy to be useful. Often, something begins to shift when you feel able to bring more of yourself into the room, and have that experience met differently.

Training, qualifications & experience

Psychotherapist | MSc & UKCP Accredited

Summary of Experience

I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist based in Chelsea, Central London, working with adults navigating anxiety, stress, shame, and relationship difficulties. I work with people from all backgrounds, with a particular understanding of those in creative, professional, and high-responsibility roles. Many of the people I see appear to be coping on the outside, while finding things more difficult internally. Alongside my psychotherapy practice, I continue to hold senior roles within Film and Television, including at a BAFTA award-winning production company. This gives me a current, lived understanding of high-pressure environments, the weight of responsibility, and the complexity of human relationships under pressure. My clinical training includes an MSc (Distinction) in Humanistic Psychotherapy, with experience across NHS crisis services, higher education, and specialist counselling settings. These roles have developed my ability to work with a range of presentations while maintaining a grounded, thoughtful, and ethically contained space.
