About me
Hi, I’m Daniel, an integrative counsellor and the founder of I Hold a Space Counselling.
I believe that everyone deserves a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where they can explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences at their own pace.
My work is informed by a diverse professional background supporting individuals and families facing complex life challenges. I have particular experience working alongside people involved in the justice and social care systems, those navigating interracial and intercultural relationships, parents managing the pressures of family life, and adults who simply need someone impartial to talk to during difficult times.
I understand that life is rarely straightforward.
Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, identity, burnout or significant life transitions, my aim is to provide a space where you feel heard, understood and empowered to move forward.
