About me

You don’t have to be at breaking point to seek counselling.

Perhaps you’re feeling overwhelmed, stressed, anxious or emotionally drained.

Maybe you’re struggling with relationships, parenting, identity, work or simply finding it difficult to make sense of what you’re feeling.

I’m Daniel Henry-Welsh, a qualified Integrative Counsellor, and an Accredited Registrant of the National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

I provide confidential 1:1 counselling for adults who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, anger, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, burnout or significant life changes.

I am especially passionate about supporting men’s mental health, parents, people exploring interracial and intercultural relationships and identity, and individuals who have lived or professional experience within social care, justice services, or other demanding environments.

I offer a space where you can speak openly without judgement. You don’t need to know exactly what you need from counselling before we begin. We can work that out together.

If you’re unsure whether counselling is right for you, you can send me a message first and arrange a free 15-minute introductory conversation.

Sometimes you can be functioning on the outside while struggling on the inside.
