How I can help
I offer a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space where we can explore whatever may be troubling you. People come to therapy for many reasons, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, life transitions, identity questions, grief, burnout and feeling stuck. Together we can develop a deeper understanding of your experiences, strengthen self-awareness and find ways to move towards a more fulfilling and authentic life. I have a particular interest in working with LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent individuals and those exploring identity, relationships and personal growth.

About me
Finding the right therapist can feel like a daunting process, so I appreciate you taking the time to read my profile.
My approach is integrative, drawing on Gestalt, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural approaches. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I work collaboratively to understand your unique experiences, relationships and patterns.
Alongside my private practice, I have over 15 years of experience working across mental health services, giving me a broad understanding of emotional wellbeing and psychological distress.
I believe meaningful change often begins within a safe therapeutic relationship where you can feel heard, understood and accepted.
