How I can help
Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to shift? I help individuals, couples, and families work through anxiety, trauma, OCD, relationship difficulties, depression, grief, identity questions, fertility challenges, neurodiversity, and major life transitions. Together, we create a space where you can understand what’s driving these patterns and begin making sense of your emotions without judgment. As a bilingual therapist working in both Turkish and English, and someone who has lived across different continents, I bring a personal understanding of cultural transition, identity, and belonging. I support clients navigating migration, relocation, cross-cultural relationships, and the emotional complexities of living between cultures. My approach is warm, relational, and tailored to you — whether you’re looking for short-term focused support or longer-term psychotherapy that explores things more deeply. I bring over five years of experience across NHS GP surgeries, specialist placements, and private practice, working with people from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
