How I can help
Many of the difficulties we experience in adulthood can be shaped by early relationships and experiences. I am a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years’ experience helping people understand and work through the impact of difficult early life experiences and unmet emotional needs. I offer a thoughtful, collaborative space at my consulting rooms in SE5 where we can explore how earlier experiences may be influencing current difficulties, and identify ways forward that feel meaningful and manageable. Areas I work with include childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, complex trauma, anxiety and depression. I accept WPA health insurance customers.
