About me

My work is shaped by an understanding that human suffering does not arise in isolation, but within the lived realities of relationship, history, and the worlds we inhabit. Having been raised in Colombia and lived across Spain, the Netherlands, Hong Kong, and the UK, I am attuned to the experience of living between cultures — to questions of belonging, identity, and the quiet disorientation that can accompany change.

With a background in engineering and finance, alongside a lifelong engagement with art, travel, and culture, I bring both structure and imagination to the therapeutic encounter. Therapy, for me, is not about fixing what is broken, but about creating a space where one can pause, reflect, and come into a more honest relationship with one’s experience.

My approach is informed by an understanding that life’s disruptions — whether sudden or quietly accumulated — can unsettle our sense of self and belonging. Therapy becomes a space where these experiences can be met with care, given meaning, and held within a steady, human presence.
