About me
My therapeutic approach is integrative (which is therapist speak for a bit of this and a bit of that – depending on what is likely to be useful) but the client (you) is always the best expert on themselves. I believe people respond best when they feel seen, heard and understood and I don’t assume there is a right way for a person to “Do Therapy” and adapt my approach to the needs and goals of each person I work with – but always working with curiosity, care and integrity. Whatever you’re feeling and whoever you are, you are accepted, just as you are with me.
