About me

I have many years’ experience working with people of all ages, alongside personal experience of cancer and other health conditions. I understand how illness, uncertainty and loss can affect your sense of identity, confidence and connection with others.

I offer a calm, non-judgmental counselling space where you can speak openly about what is going on for you. My role is to listen carefully, understand your individual story and help you find steadier ground.

I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship patterns, life transitions, bereavement, boundaries, low self-worth, burnout, self-doubt, people pleasing and the impact of past or abusive relationships. I have a particular interest in supporting those living with cancer, going through treatment, or caring for or grieving someone with cancer. These experiences can feel isolating and overwhelming, often hidden behind a brave face.

If you’re feeling stuck or quietly struggling, you’re not alone. Therapy offers space to slow down, feel heard and think more clearly about what you need. We will move at your pace, without pressure to have everything figured out.

I offer a 20-minute introductory consultation so we can meet, explore what has brought you to therapy and see whether working together feels right. There is no obligation to continue. If we decide to go ahead, sessions last 50 minutes and are charged at £50.
