How I can help
I specialise in working with adolescents, butI also enjoy working with adults and younger children. I work a lot with trauma, post adoption support, abuse, disordered eating and self harm, as well as with issues like anxiety, low mood and anyone experiencing difficulties in their life – be they current, as well as if they are more historic. I enjoy helping my clients to find their answers through mediums most appropriate to them – I use clay, paint, collage and play, as well as music and any other modality that works for my client. I am truly client led and aim to support my clients in their journey.

I work in the Brighton area, with offices just outside Hailham, East Sussex and in West Hove, in Brighton and Hove. I also offer online sessions if you are unable to attend in person.
