About me
Sometimes life leads us to question who we are, what we need and how to move forward. I offer a space among the uncertainty to slow down, make sense of what is happening and develop a deeper understanding of yourself.
Qualified & Experienced
I am BACP-registered, with over seven years’ mental health experience including with NHS Talking Therapies, Samaritans & an LGBTQIA+ specialist charity. I offer online counselling for adults across the UK, alongside in-person therapy in London Bridge, Greenwich and Blackheath. Sessions cost £70 online or £85 in person.
I specialise in supporting clients who are experiencing questions around identity and belonging, including LGBTQIA+ identities and experiences, neurodiversity (e.g. masking and adult diagnosis), difficulties with self-confidence and grief and loss.
A Space For All of You
Feeling messy, overwhelmed, angry or confused? There’s space for all of it here. I’ll support you in understanding your feelings in the context of your experiences and social context, rather than focusing on ‘symptoms’. I trust your capacity for self-understanding and will help you connect with your own insight at a deeper level. Many clients find that, over time, they feel more grounded, self-assured and connected.
As a neurodiverse and queer therapist myself, I warmly welcome people of all genders, sexualities and neurotypes into my practice. I also offer a limited number of lower-cost online slots at £50.
Counselling At Your Own Pace
I offer open-ended counselling, which means that our work together will be at a pace that feels right to you, with enough time to explore your experiences with care.I also include my professional training in yoga, philosophy and walking therapy in my counselling practice to create a holistic approach.
What Happens Next?
Whether you are coming to counselling for the first time or returning after a break, deciding to start therapy is a positive step towards making space for yourself and what you are going through. If you would like to meet before your first session, I offer a free 15-minute introductory call, which usually takes place online or can be arranged as a phone call. You can book your call via my website, and I really looking forward to speaking with you.
