How I can help
I help with LGBTQ+ issues, childhood trauma, relationships, depression, anxiety and low self-esteem. Life can leave us carrying patterns that once helped us cope but no longer feel helpful. You might struggle with relationships, confidence, boundaries or simply knowing what you really need. I offer a sensitive, non-judgemental space to slow things down and explore what’s going on. Together, we will look at your experiences, including how earlier relationships may have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. If there are places where you are feeling stuck or dissatisfied we can address these and find ways towards meaningful change. My aim is to help you feel more resourced, accepting of yourself and able to respond to life with greater choice and confidence.

About me
I’m a BACP-registered integrative therapist based in Southwark. I work with a wide range of people, including having worked extensively with LGBTQ+ clients. I have experience working with childhood trauma and neglect, attachment and relationship difficulties, addiction, anxiety, depression and low self-esteem.
I work mainly from a humanistic, person-centered approach, which means I’m interested in you as a whole person rather than focusing solely on present ‘problems’. I believe you have an inherent capacity for growth and change, and that my role is to support you in finding your own way forward and access the right tools for doing so.
I’m particularly interested in how our early experiences and relationships can shape the ways we see ourselves, connect with others and respond to life. Sometimes we can find ourselves repeating patterns that once helped us cope but no longer serve us. Therapy can be a place to understand these patterns with curiosity and compassion, rather than judgement.
