How I can help

Sessions offer a space to explore thoughts, feelings, patterns, and narratives, while also attending to how experiences are held and processed in the body. In practice, this means that insight is sought not only through verbal processing, but also through creative expression and movement-based exploration.

I offer online sessions via Microsoft Teams for your convenience.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a UK-qualified psychotherapist, registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have additional training in somatic approaches accredited by the Complementary Therapists Accreditation Association (CTAA). My academic background also includes a BSc in Psychology from UCL, an MSc in Addiction and Mental Health, and I am currently completing a PhD.

You can learn more about the main areas I work with on my website, including the psychological impact of wealth, class, and financial circumstances; creative self-reconnection; boundaries; inner-child healing; spiritual wounding; and reconnecting with the body’s wisdom, alongside a number of other specialized areas of focus. I also offer a range of between-session support options.

About me

Welcome! If you’ve found your way here, you are invited into a healing space grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we integrate both the mind and the body. This brings together psychotherapeutic methods with embodied work that centers the nervous system. What you’ll encounter here is collaborative, non-judgmental, and deeply relational, and things will unfold at a pace that feels right for you. I intentionally work with a small number of clients to ensure I can offer the highest caliber of care.
People arrive at my work through different entry points, which I describe as pathways. You can explore these pathways further on my website to see which may resonate most with you!
While I am a UK-qualified psychotherapist and my practice is informed by extensive psychotherapeutic training and experience, my services draw from multiple disciplines, and so are offered internationally as non-clinical, depth-oriented support.
