I’m a UK registered and licensed Applied Psychologist with over 25 years experience of working in primary and secondary NHS mental health teams and hospitals, voluntary and private sectors and the UK Criminal Justice System. I offer psychological services online in the UK and internationally. I’m trained and experienced in a number of therapeutic approaches aimed at treating mental health disorders. Throughout my career I’ve worked with a broad range of mental health presentations in a variety of contexts with individuals, families and groups.

I’m a psychologist who specialises in treating OCD, including Pure O themes such as POCD, HOCD, ROCD, scrupulosity, false memory and sensorimotor OCD, using Rumination-Focused ERP. I am Clinical Director of Ark Psychology, a specialist practice offering therapy, ADHD coaching, and comprehensive ADHD and autism assessments for children, adolescents and adults, alongside family and couples therapy. I also work with anxiety, depression, addictions and life transitions. For those who wish, I offer Christian counselling and faith-integrated therapy, while welcoming clients of other faiths or no faith.
