How I can help
Feeling anxious, confused, lost or stuck? There are many reasons to look for a counsellor, and it’s so important that you feel safe and supported to explore the most difficult and painful issues that are impacting your life. My aim is to create a compassionate space where we work together to build a trusting relationship where you can freely look at whatever is important to you, at your own pace. By extending empathy and acceptance without judgement, my role is to empower you navigate a path forwards. Book a free 20-minute Zoom consultation to see if we’re a good fit.

About me
I am a fully qualified person-centred counsellor based in Telegraph Hill in South East London (SE14) and I work with adults both in person and online.
PERSON-CENTRED THERAPY
Person-centred therapy places you at the centre of the work — I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and that given the right conditions of safety, acceptance, and genuine understanding, you have the capacity to find your own way forward. Our relationship is at the heart of our work together.
MY TRAINING, PRACTICE AND EXPERIENCE
I holds a Level 5 Higher Professional Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling and Psychotherapy from LC and CTA. I work with adults on a short-term or open-ended basis, depending on your preference, and I offer a warm and non-directive space to explore a wide range of emotional and life concerns.
My practice includes working with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties, women’s issues including pregnancy and menopause, addiction, life transitions, and just feeling lost or stuck where you are right now.
I offer a free 20-minute introductory consultation so we can explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
