How I can help
I believe in establishing a compassionate rapport with clients and working together towards a shared understanding of exploring your difficulties to find the best way forward for you. I aim to help you live the life you want to by working together to recognising and understanding your ways of thinking and behaving. One of my strengths is establishing a rapport with people and working collaboratively with each person to find the therapeutic approach best suited to each client’s needs to help you to improve your quality of life. I am very fortunate in that over the years I have worked with many lovely people and supported them to make long-term changes in their life.
