About me

I gained my therapeutic experience in a variety of settings, including Re-Visions’s Low Cost Counselling Service and the school based children’s counselling organisation, Place2Be. For a number of years I also held a clinical placement at One in Four, a charity which provides counselling and advocacy for people who have experienced childhood sexual abuse. Also, I spent 5 years in a West London women’s organisation, as a trauma recovery therapist where I provided counselling and undertook clinical assessments.

Clinical Qualifications: British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) Accredited Diploma in Integrative Psychosynthesis Counselling from Re-Vision Centre for Integrative Psychosynthesis – December 2008. BACP Registered Counsellor since November 2013.

I am a registered member of the BACP and adhere to their Code of Ethics. I receive regular clinical supervision of my work, and I am committed to ongoing personal and professional development.
