How I can help
I am a psychologist trained in Greece and a UKCP registered Systemic Family and Couples Psychotherapist with over 10 years of experience working with individuals, families & couples in various psychological services in the NHS and in social care while running a private practice. I am trained in various evidence-based approaches, but I tend to tailor my approach based on my clients needs and in collaboration with them. I believe our relationships is a mirror through which we see ourselves and the world around us and I tend to use a relational lens in my work, which also aligns with my extensive training in psychotherapy.
