About me
I offer warm, experienced and affordable support in a calm and down to earth space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted as you are. I care deeply about helping people make sense of what they’re going through, develop tools that truly work for them, and build a stronger sense of self and wellbeing in everyday life.
I work in an integrative, person-centred way, tailoring therapy to you as an individual. Alongside a holistic understanding of your thoughts, feelings and experiences, I draw on CBT tools and techniques to support meaningful change.
I support clients with anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship difficulties, overthinking and feelings of being stuck, alongside a broad range of other emotional, relational and personal issues. Together, we can make sense of what’s going on and find practical ways to help you feel more grounded, confident and in control.
Sessions are held online, giving you the flexibility to access support from the comfort of your own space.
You’re free to bring whatever feels important, working at your own pace.
