About me

I have a warm, friendly and compassionate approach to therapy. We will work together to think about how to make positive changes in your life.

I have extensive experience in working with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, and Low Self-Esteem. Through CBT I provide a structured approach that will help you manage your mental health differently. CBT will look at unhelpful patterns in the way you are thinking and behaving, and give you clear ideas for how to make changes. As an Interpersonal Psychotherapist (IPT) I can help with relationship difficulties that are impacting on your mood, including changes in relationships, disputes and bereavement.

In 2016 I became the local lead on providing therapy for clients who are Neurodiverse, and I have continued this work ever since. Over the years I have many attended additional training, conferences and special interest groups on this topic. Whether you are formally diagnosed, you self-identify, or you simply suspect. I am happy to adapt my approach to meet your needs.
