How I can help

I hold an MSc in Humanistic Psychotherapy from the Metanoia Institute, and have been seeing clients for psychotherapy sessions in a variety of settings since 2021. My psychotherapy training involved study of Transactional Analysis, Gestalt therapy and the Person-Centred approach, and I incorporate theories from these modalities into the way I work with clients. My approach also includes being trauma informed.
