How I can help
Life can sometimes leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or lost in patterns that no longer serve us. You may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, low self-worth, burnout, or a sense that you have become disconnected from parts of yourself. I offer a supportive and compassionate space where we can explore whatever feels most important, difficult, or unresolved in your life. My approach is relational, embodied, and trauma-informed, meaning I pay attention not only to your thoughts and experiences, but also to your emotions, relationships, nervous system, and the wider context of your life. I work with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, with particular experience in trauma, attachment wounds, emotional neglect, abuse, anxiety, depression, identity, belonging, and relationship difficulties. Together, we will explore the patterns shaping your experience and work towards greater awareness, self-understanding, connection, and choice. My hope is not simply to help you cope, but to support you in living with greater authenticity, aliveness, and freedom.

About me
I am a UKCP-accredited Gestalt psychotherapist working with individuals, couples, groups, and supervisees in Hackney, East London, and online. Before training as a therapist, I spent many years working as a documentary filmmaker, drawn to understanding people, relationships, and the stories that shape our lives. That same curiosity and creativity continues to sit at the heart of my therapeutic work today.
My approach is warm, relational, and deeply human. I believe that meaningful change often emerges through genuine connection: being able to bring more of ourselves into awareness, understand the patterns that have shaped us, and develop new ways of relating to ourselves and others. Alongside Gestalt psychotherapy, I am trained in EMDR and draw on contemporary understandings of trauma, attachment, neuroscience, and embodied experience.
I work with people facing a wide range of difficulties, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, identity, belonging, and self-worth. I am committed to creating a space that is inclusive, affirming, and welcoming of difference, and I work in a way that is LGBTQIA+/GSRD-affirmative, neurodivergent-affirming, and anti-oppressive.
At its heart, therapy offers us the opportunity to be met differently—to discover that we do not need to face life’s challenges alone, and that change can emerge through awareness, contact, and authentic relationship.
