How I can help
Life can leave us feeling disconnected—from ourselves, our bodies, our relationships, and the life we want to be living. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, low mood, OCD, chronic stress, trauma, or simply feeling stuck, therapy offers a space to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin responding to life in new ways. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms or diagnosis, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck and build the skills that support flexibility, resilience, and lasting change. Together, we’ll develop greater awareness of your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, relationships, and bodily experiences so you can respond with intention instead of running on autopilot. My approach is collaborative, active, and tailored to you. Alongside evidence-based CBT, I integrate mindfulness, compassion, and embodied practices where appropriate, recognising that meaningful change happens through both mind and body. For clients who are interested, I also offer CBT-informed yoga and mindfulness practices as part of our work together.

Training, qualifications & experience
I am a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with an MSc in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and over six years’ experience supporting adults with a wide range of mental health difficulties. Before becoming a therapist, I spent ten years working in education, which continues to shape my collaborative, compassionate, and empowering approach. Alongside my clinical practice, I am the Clinical Director at Power to Live and the Course Convenor for the MSc Cognitive Behavioural Therapy programme at Goldsmiths, University of London, where I teach and supervise future CBT therapists. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, with a particular interest in process-based therapy, mindfulness, and embodied approaches to wellbeing.

About me
I’m a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with a passion for helping people reconnect with themselves and build lives that feel meaningful and aligned with their values. My work is grounded in process-based therapy, drawing from CBT alongside contextual behavioural approaches, mindfulness, and compassion to support lasting change.
Alongside my clinical work, I am the Clinical Director at Power to Live, where I oversee clinical services and the development of innovative, evidence-based therapy programmes. I am also the Course Convenor for the MSc Cognitive Behavioural Therapy programme at Goldsmiths, University of London, where I teach, supervise, and support the development of future CBT therapists.
I believe therapy is most effective when it is a genuine collaboration. Whether I’m working with clients, supervising therapists, or teaching, my aim is the same: to create a space where people feel safe to explore, reconnect with themselves, and move towards the life they want to live.
