About me
I provide Art Therapy for adults and children who come for support for a wide range of issues. Art making in a therapeutic space can play an important role in thinking about personal difficulties and in growing self knowledge which when explored together can lead to improved mental health and wellbeing. My space has art, craft materials to explore with, which can allow for play and relief as well as helping to deal with more challenging material.
No pre-existing artistic skills are needed to choose art therapy, all that is needed is an openness to what can emerge through making.
I offer In-Person and Online Sessions.
