About me

Integrative Therapy for Anxiety, Depression and Relationship Difficulties

Our early experiences shape how we see ourselves and others. When those experiences were painful or confusing, they can continue to influence adult life, especially during periods of stress, parenting challenges or relationship conflict. Therapy offers the space to understand those patterns and begin to change them.

I offer integrative therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and the lasting effects of difficult family dynamics. Many of the people I work with are struggling with the impact of damaging parental relationships, complex family ties or the pressures of parenting. We also look at how friendships and wider family systems influence your emotional life.

Starting therapy can feel daunting. I aim to create a calm, steady environment where you can speak openly and think more clearly about what is happening in your life. Using an integrated approach, I draw from different therapeutic models to suit your individual needs rather than applying a one-size-fits-all method.

Together, we identify recurring patterns in your thoughts, emotions and behaviours, especially those that no longer serve you. By understanding where these patterns began and how they operate today, you can begin to respond differently, build healthier relationships and feel more grounded in yourself.

If you are looking for integrative counselling for anxiety, depression, parenting concerns or relationship issues, you are welcome to get in touch to discuss how we might work together.
