How I can help

I’ve spent many years working closely with people navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges and complicated family dynamics. Over time, I’ve learned that no two stories are the same, so I take care to understand each person as an individual. I keep my practice rooted in ongoing learning and professional development, making sure the way I work reflects current therapeutic thinking and strong ethical foundations. My approach is thoughtful and responsive, shaped by experience, curiosity and a genuine commitment to offering a safe, supportive space where meaningful change can happen.

About me

Integrative Therapy for Anxiety, Depression and Relationship Difficulties
Our early experiences shape how we understand ourselves and relate to the people around us. When those experiences were painful, confusing or inconsistent, they can echo into adult life — often surfacing during times of stress, parenting pressures or relationship conflict. Therapy offers a space to slow down, make sense of those patterns and gently begin to shift them.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties and the long-term impact of complicated or difficult family dynamics. Many of the people who come to see me are carrying the emotional weight of challenging parental relationships, complex family ties or the demands of parenting. Together, we also explore how friendships and wider family systems shape your emotional world.

I know that starting therapy can feel daunting. My aim is to offer a calm, steady presence where you can speak openly and think more clearly about what’s happening in your life. Using an integrative approach, I draw from a range of therapeutic models so that our work fits you as an individual, rather than relying on a single method.

As we work together, we pay close attention to the patterns in your thoughts, feelings and behaviours — especially those that once helped you cope but may now be holding you back. By understanding where these patterns began and how they operate today, you can start to respond differently, build healthier relationships and feel more grounded in yourself.

If you’re looking for an integrative psychotherapeutic approach for anxiety, depression, parenting concerns or relationship issues, you’re welcome to get in touch so we can explore whether working together feels right for you. I offer a free fifteen-minute introductory session where you can ask any questions you have of me, and we can see if we are a good fit.
