How I can help
I am a counsellor working in a person-centred way. I work with clients to discover and connect their own inner voice and understand their own emotions. By listening, reflecting and offering gentle curiosity. I help by providing an environment that clients feel they can sit with painful emotions to allow them to move on or find the route source of the anxiety they are experiencing. I have most experience working with teenagers, males aged 35-50 and adults discovering their neurodivergence. I also work with individual and couples,

About me
I have a qualification in integrative therapeutic training, which enables me to draw on the theory of different modalities but I practice very much in a person-centred way focusing on the clients needs and the belief that they know and can be the best judge of what is right for them. I feel that i offer an empathetic and reflective space to hold your grief or carry your fears. I have a lot of experience working with teenagers experiencing suicide ideation, providing therapeutic support to those working on recovery from mental health issues, whilst in education.
I have also gained a lot of experience working with men that are finding that anger is affecting their daily life, exploring the emotions that are behind the anger and processing those experiences in a way that feels safe and heard.
